I have had both a twin flame relationship and a soulmate one. I have also done enough readings over the years to know the difference.
A twin flame and a soulmate are very different from one another. One will rip your heart out and leave you on your knees. The other one is a love that will be just what you need to wipe away the pain from the one that broke your heart. So, let's have a look at the differences and what my beliefs are when it comes to your soulmate and twin flame.
A twin flame is someone that you will meet that you will be so drawn towards and so attracted to, you will feel an intense connection to this person and feel like they are the one for you. You will feel like you have met your other half when you first meet your twin flame.
A twin flame relationship usually is a toxic one because you tend to mirror one another and can bring out one another's weaknesses. You will find in a twin flame relationship that once the lust wears offs, there is not usually much there and usually one of you will want more than the other person, so this leads to you usually chasing your twin flame and not getting what you want. You will mix up lust and love in a twin flame relationship, this is really common and then you will find that once you have given your heart to your twin flame, they will either end up ghosting you or letting you to continue to chase them while giving you nothing in return. My first relationship was a twin flame one that lasted several years and broke my heart. It was a relationship where I never felt any security or trust, I was the one who put in all the effort and I was the one who did all the chasing, my twin flame was very toxic to me and in the end, I moved on because I knew it would never go anywhere. I did learn some very valuable lessons from my twin flame so I am glad that I had the experience of meeting my twin flame.
A soulmate love is so different, soulmate love is destined to you by the universe and it is pure and simple, it is sweet and soothing.
Of course, like all relationship’s soulmate, ones can have ups and downs, but for the most part a soulmate relationship tends to go very well.
When you are with a soulmate, you will find that you always know where you stand with that person, you can trust your soulmate and instead of having to chase your soulmate, they will naturally be drawn to you and you will come together as one with ease. A soulmate will boost you up and help you, they will always be there for you and their love has no conditions. Soulmate love doesn't hurt and it does not break your heart. In these relationships you both want the same thing and work together to have it, a soulmate relationship is the one that you go into and you just know that it’s the one for you. You haves a strong connection with your soulmate because you have been together in past lives and the universe brings you together, I have done past life readings for clients and I have seen them sharing past lives with soulmates going back into many, many past lives.
You will find that a twin flame always comes before a soulmate in your life, a twin flame will come into your life and make you think you have found your soulmate, but its not the case. I never see twin flames staying together in a long-term healthy relationship. I have seen many people in twin flame relationships hold onto the relationship despite it turning toxic and refusing to let it go, even though they know they need to. I have seen many people miss meeting a soulmate love because they will not let go of a twin flame.
If you are in a relationship and its not going well for you and you are feeling like you are investing in more energy and effort than your partner, its always a good idea to move on with your life. Life is so short and you really do not want to spend it on the wrong person. One thing I always tell my clients is that the more time you spend on the wrong person, the less time you have with the right person.
