This website is operated by Readings by Rosie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Readings by Rosie. Readings by Rosie offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
Your personal information is not stored, and all accounts and files are deleted. Your information will never be shared or used in any way. Payment details are never shared with us as the merchant; they are processed securely between your payment provider and Shopify.
SECTION 3 – NATURE OF SERVICES
All services offered are spiritual, intuitive, and interpretive in nature. Readings are created using a blend of intuitive insight, symbolic systems (such as tarot and numerology), and various tools, templates, and methods chosen to support the delivery of guidance. Because of this, some structural or stylistic elements may appear similar across readings, while the intuitive interpretation is tailored to each client.
All readings are subjective and may be interpreted differently by each individual.
Please note I often give away free readings with a regular purchase. These free readings are not valid if you use a discount code for a discounted reading. In the case that you order a reading expecting a free reading but you use a discount code, I will honour that free reading with another purchased reading without the discount code to be made within 3 months of the original purchase.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Services provided are not to be used in place of professional advice. Always consult a doctor for health concerns and a qualified lawyer for legal matters. Readings should be used for general guidance only. Anything received in a reading should be taken with personal discretion — you always maintain free will and responsibility for your own choices.
SECTION 5 – NO GUARANTEES
While every effort is made to provide thoughtful and meaningful insights, no guarantees are made regarding accuracy, outcomes, or future events. All information reflects intuitive and interpretive opinion only.
SECTION 6 – PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agree that all decisions and actions taken following a reading are your own responsibility. Readings are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
SECTION 7 – REFUND POLICY
Completed Readings
Due to the time, preparation, and nature of the service, no refunds are provided once a reading has been completed and delivered. Dissatisfaction, lack of resonance, or disagreement with the content does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unmet expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction.
Before Delivery
If you request cancellation before your reading has been completed, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
Service Issues
If you believe your service was not delivered as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your reading so the matter can be reviewed.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be provided where required by law in the case of a major failure.
SECTION 8 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
After purchase, you must provide all requested details within 7 days. A reminder may be sent if details are not received. If details are not provided within 30 days, your order will be cancelled without refund.
Readings are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
SECTION 9 – RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If a service is not provided, a full refund will be issued.
